REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt and order number as proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged in any way upon arrival. It is our goal to provide quality and great customer service.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or other promotions.
Exchanges
If you are requesting an item exchange due to any defect or damage upon arrival, please email info@straindaddycaddy.com as mentioned above. We will assess your request and initiate an exchange as quickly as possible when necessary.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you when any refunds have been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, and your return has yet to be posted, please contact us here.
