SHIPPING POLICY
All Straindaddy orders are shipped via USPS First Class at a discounted flat rate of $3.00 for United States residents. All orders to Canada will be shipped at the standard USPS First Class International rate. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!
All orders are hand-packaged and shipped from the USA. Straindaddy is NOT a dropshipping business.
Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days (subject to change in Canada).
Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow USPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.
Damages and Missing Orders
If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, contact us here to review the situation and file a claim on your behalf. A refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claims process.
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 15 days of delivery.
Photos of damaged items and packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and are your responsibility to provide them.
Returns and Exchanges
Only unused products in the original packaging purchased through www.straindaddycaddy.com may be considered eligible for refunds and exchanges within seven (7) days following the date of delivery.
Please contact info@straindaddycaddy.com with your order number to request any returns, refunds, and/or exchanges.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us for help. Please also do not send us anything containing cannabis, cannabis concentrates/oils, or nicotine.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection status of your returns, refunds, and/or exchanges. If approved, your refund will then be processed with the original method of payment. Please do not contact us about the status of your refund if it has not been at least seven to ten (7-10) business days.
